Had to rekey three times. Phone disconnected after last re-key.

When we complained about the smoke smell in room, we were immediately given another room. The front desk staff was very gracious.

No pool.

The woman at the desk was very friendly/accommodating.
The entire hotel stunk like an ashtray - even the non smoking rooms.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money! Maybe if you are a smoker, you won't mind, but for non smokers, the smell is unbearable - even in non smoking rooms. We tried several rooms before realizing they all smell. Even the mattresses smell like an ashtray. Breakfast is included, but it's not a great meal. No food for the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was good, they offered a full hot breakfast from 7-10 am. There was no food left at 9 am and may help in my decision to stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
